How do maintenance services work?
Step 1 - Technical audit of installed equipment:
Physical and functional inspection of equipment, technical solutions, technical documentation (technical design, service records, systems, etc.), installer codes, administrator passwords. (Not applicable if the installation is executed by Global Technical Systems and no intervention in maintenance or execution by a third party).
Step 2 - Maintenance plan proposal
depending on the conclusions of the technical audit
Step 3 - Validate maintenance plan
by collaborators
Step 4 - Taking over the targets
established and agreed with collaborators
Step 5 - Corrective interventions
made as a result of defects found
Step 6 - Evolutionary interventions
extension works, technological solutions, etc.
Step 7 - Consultation
for the execution of various works (equipment stock insurance, fittings, design and planning, etc.)
